Ticket To Work A Message Of Hope
The Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work program helps individuals who receive SSI (Supplemental Security Income) or SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) successfully return to work by providing safety nets, also known as Work Incentives.
Our Certified Work Incentive Counselor can advise Social Security disability recipients concerning:
- How work will affect their SSI or SSDI benefits.
- How they can keep their benefits and health insurance while working.
- How assigning their Ticket may protect them from having a medical review to determine their continued disability status.
- Other protections they have for obtaining benefits again (without having to re-apply) if their cash payments stop because they are working.
DISABILITY SERVICES AND RESOURCES: Additional disability services and resources we provide include: Social Security advocacy; advice concerning ADA Laws, Disability Disclosure and Requesting Accommodations; Assistive Technology and other disability resources.
