Los adultos j\u00f3venes de hasta 24 a\u00f1os de edad que no est\u00e1n inscritos en la escuela secundaria o en la universidad pueden solicitar participar en programas de capacitaci\u00f3n basados en la comunidad financiados por Workforce Alliance. Prepara y coloca a los graduados en empleos basados en las necesidades de los empleadores regionales. The Skills Academy will provide a 4-month immersion in Software Engineering where you will learn and build multiple websites and web apps culminating in a capstone project of your choice. You\u2019ll also gain skills in how to build products that people will actually benefit from and want to use, as well as how to communicate your ideas in a way that makes people want to buy your product or hire you to build digital products for them. This isn\u2019t your typical classroom experience: you\u2019ll learn by doing rather than just sitting in a classroom listening. In fact, we don\u2019t even have traditional classrooms. Your days will be spent working on real projects on state-of-the-art equipment in a highly collaborative and creative environment.<\/p>\n
